Alicia Crosby

Leadership That Drives Results
Alicia Crosby holds a degree in Business Administration and is a Class A CDL holder with experience in transportation training and leadership in CDL training. She has spent several years in business and office management, and possesses strong leadership skills that inspire others to transform visions into reality.
Alicia has previously served as Director of a Class A CDL Truck Driving School where she oversaw the daily operations and curriculum of the program. She managed instructors, ensured strict compliance with state regulations — especially with the Tennessee Higher Education Commission — handled the school's budget, and coordinated job placement partnerships with local employers.
Her background in operations, compliance, and partnership-building ensures that Future Transporters of America delivers training that is both practical and aligned with industry needs.
